A small group of women, and my eyes on each of you.
The group is small on purpose, so in the 8 hours we have together in November I see every one of you, correct your posture and your hips right in the moment, and know what each of you needs by the second class. I break every move down from zero, so you never need to know anything before you walk in.

What women tell me before their first class.
I’ve never danced.
Then this is where you start, because the first Tuesday is posture, the bounce and isolations, and nothing in it expects you to have danced before.
I’m scared I’ll look silly.
Everyone feels unsure on the first day, so I build the moves one small piece at a time and you only add the next piece once the last one feels steady.
I’m too stiff.
The first two classes are body practices and isolations, the part that loosens your hips and spine before we put any of it to music.
I don’t have the butt for it.
Twerk comes from how you move your hips and how much control you have over them, and I have taught it to more than 1,000 women with every kind of body.
I feel shy dancing sexy.
We go at your pace, and the whole last class is run-throughs, so by the shoot you feel comfortable dancing in front of the camera.
Almost every woman says one of these before her first class, and then she comes anyway and finds out her body can do much more than she thought.

Body practices, posture, the bounce foundation and isolation. No choreography yet: we build the base.

Pure technique: hip isolations, jiggle, whining and the transitions between them.

Floor, Acro & Choreography
Floorwork and acro, then we start the choreography and the first prep for the shoot.

Choreography & Shoot Prep
The full choreography, group formations and your solo. Run-throughs until you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Outdoors, on a Saturday, with a group video and a solo of each of you, both included in your price.

Questions I get before the first class.
I have never danced at all. Will I keep up?
Yes, because the whole group starts together on November 3, every move is broken down from zero, and I watch each of you and correct you one by one, so nobody gets left behind.
I am not flexible. Is that a problem?
It isn’t, as long as you can squat, and your flexibility and control grow with the body practices we do at the start of every class.
Do I need to be in shape?
Come as you are, because the classes are two hours with breaks and you go at your own pace while your body gets used to it.
What do I wear and bring?
Clothes you feel sexy in, sneakers or socks, water and a hair tie. Knee pads help for the floor class, and you can order them with your shorts below.
Can I pay in two parts?
Yes, you can pay half today, $197.50, and the other half comes off the same card on November 2, or sooner by the link in your email. If it hasn’t gone through by the end of November 2, your spot goes back on sale and the first half isn’t refunded.
What if I miss a class?
All sales are final and there are no make-ups, so a missed class is on you. If you can’t come at all, you can pass your whole spot to a friend.
Will I be filmed even if I’m shy?
The shoot is part of the program, and the last class is run-throughs for it, so you walk onto the shoot knowing the choreography by heart.
