Body & Basics
Body practices, posture, the bounce foundation and isolation. No choreography yet: we build the base.

Isolations & Control
Pure technique: hip isolations, jiggle, whining and the transitions between them.
- Nov 17
Floor, Acro & Choreography
Floorwork and acro, then we start the choreography and the first prep for the shoot.
- Nov 24
Choreography & Shoot Prep
The full choreography, group formations and your solo. Run-throughs until you feel at home in front of the camera.
- Nov 28
The shoot
Outdoors, on a Saturday. A group video and a solo of each of you, included.
For every level
We break everything down from zero and build real technique. If you have never danced, this is where you start, and if you already twerk, you come to clean up your technique and the quality of your twerk.
What to bring
Clothes you feel sexy in, sneakers or socks, water and a hair tie.
If plans change
All sales are final: no refunds. If you can’t make it, you can pass your spot to a friend for the whole program. Single classes can’t be passed on, and a missed class is on you, with no make-ups or credits.
